Buyer Reviews
I have two of these auto seats and two babies that are super happy to fill them :)
1 of my twins was born at a tiny 5 lbs and went down to 4.5 just before gaining weight, she fit into the auto-seat extremely properly!
The detachable head help was fairly reassuring that their small heads did not twist or "flop" over when the car turned. When they out grow the bean shaped assistance pillows, they come ideal out and your baby's head is nonetheless supported by the secondary help pillow. Sooner or later (around five months for my babies) you take out the secondary help. The "air" cushions appear to assist in comfort from that stage :)
I have not observed any pinching or issues at all with the harness between my babies legs...
The base is SUPER painless to install! Specially if you are working with the anchor system! There are photos on the base and actually you just would have to attempt to get that wrong..
The material is really durable so far (7 months) no rips, or unwinding. That brings me to one of the only 3 improvements that I could believe of.
1) The material is durable, having said that, below babies legs/feet you begin to notice balling of the fabric. Like when fabrics rub together. I removed it with a little lint trimmer.
2) The instruction manual states to wash the seat working with a damp cloth and that it is not machine washable. Properly I washed it.... it came out fine, I washed them on a gentle setting then tumble dry no heat, and they came out as great as new :) Thankfully! Getting able to wash the cloth was a large deal for me. Babies are kinda messy!
three) The only other thing that I could even feel of to strengthen would be the manage. It is sturdy and has a terrific rubber grip, I just wish it was a tiny a lot more economical, but that may perhaps just be due to the truth that I carry two.
These are the 3rd and 4th infant seats I have parented thru and by far the ideal. I would recommend them to just about anybody!
Also- They fit especially properly in the Joovy Major Caboose
This appears to be a quite sturdy and secure vehicle seat. My only complaint is that there is quite small leeway on the harness in between the baby's legs. Its nice to know my baby is securely fastened in, but if she gains considerably way more weight on her thighs (and she is currently a tiny 5 1/2 pounds!) it looks like these have the potentisl to dig in and pur pressure on her legs where the plastic clips are. Nevertheless its early days and I am still figuring out this seat - perhaps it will be easier as the baby grows into the seat some alot more!
