Customer Reviews

Before you buy this seat you need to take it out the parking lot and try it in your back seat. This may be the world's best seat, but since it doesn't fit in a large number of vehicles many of us will never know. As reported for many other car types (just read the reviews and you'll see the list of them is pretty large) this seat would not work in my mother's Montero Sport (I don't know the year). The seats are slanted more in towards the back and even with tightly rolled towels there is no possible way to make the base rest flat so that it can recline properly for rear facing. On top of that the latch belt threads through and over the seat base itself, and the base is wider than the latch hooks, so even with the strap tightened as tight as is possible the seat (which won't move side to side) still easily flips up and bounces all around.
From the other reviews around I can guess it's a decent seat (though be aware that many crash tests have rated it as a booster to be "not recommended" as it places the shoulder strap too high and the seat strap too loose. All I can do is say you should be sure to try it out and be aware that after a long hour wrestling with straps and latches and pads you may need to try another model.

The product is perfect for my 13mth old. It is comfy and very easy to setup and fits in the same space as the infant car seat.
