Customer Evaluations
This auto seat is amazing. It is so awkward to get a child in a rear facing auto seat. This seat permits you to turn it any way is most comfy for you, plop your baby in and buckle up, and then rotate it to rear-facing. If you have a large infant, you definitely need to have this as opposed to the Zues turn. I known as Combi to clarify and the "Zues turn" should really in no way be put to use rear facing for a baby more than 20 lbs! My LO is five months and already 20 lbs. so the "turn" was not an choice. They came out with the "360" for that cause alone. The rear facing limit is 35 lbs.
The AAP is now saying that you really should preserve your infant rear facing as lengthy as probable (not 20 lbs/1 year any longer) Quite a few parents turn their youngsters forward facing ASAP because it is such a hassle. This seat is so uncomplicated, I will def. maintain my small guy rear facing till 35 lbs. which is substantially safer for him.
btw- the seat is quite comfy and luxurious as properly!
This seat is genuinely good for those of us with bigger infants. They can nevertheless be rear facing, but you don't have to have to tote their infant seat about with them and add to their 18+ lbs. I guess my only two issues with the seat are that for a single, it's big. I have a complete size chevy truck with a full back seat, so it is fine in there (besides the reality that I can not see substantially while backing up). My husband has a dodge dakota and thinks the seat is also massive for his truck. The baby loves it though considering he can essentially see out the window as an alternative of staring at the seat. My other concern is that even though he's only 6 months old, when he's wearing shoes his feet are already in the way of the swivel motion. If I forget to move his feet very first, his legs get all curled up when I turn the seat toward me. I am still pleased with my purchase and assume it was nicely worth the funds.
