Consumer Reviews
We purchased two of these seats for our daughters. For the price, they are comfy and functional. In spite of this, they are horrifying to clean. The manual says to only gently hand wash the cover with a mild soap. In the case of vomit or other unpleasant fluids, that does not cut it. In order to get the cover off the seat, you have to take away all the strapping, which makes sense, but also practically takes an act of Congress. The straps are incredibly hard to take away and replace, and my hands bear the marks of attempting. To be fair, this is the initially time I have had to eliminate the covers of seats of this type, as opposed to infant automobile seats, and maybe they are all equally complicated. On the plus side, even although the product warns not to machine wash, mine held up pretty nicely with the exception of some bunching of the inner material.
I bought this auto seat for my grandson when he was about to turn 1 years old given that he was so cramped up in his infant vehicle seat, he is now 13 just about 14 months old. My daughter says he loves getting in his "massive boy" auto seat, he enjoys seeking out the window and he talks (babbles) rather a bit not fussy (like he was in his infant vehicle seat) and will fall asleep in a heartbeat, no difficulties with his head falling to 1 side if he is seated effectively in the seat. My daughter has not had any concerns fastening the straps with my grandson's winter coat on, we know we will have to adjust the straps when he's not wearing a massive coat which should not be a dilemma, that being mentioned all in all it's a terrific vehicle seat. I will without a doubt be acquiring a second 1 for my automobile.
