Buyer Critiques

The snuzzler does an great job keeping infant from slumping in seats and swings. It can be employed with just about any kind of buckle/harness such as five point, 3 point, and typical swing belts.
Despite knowledge posted by other reviewers, I would like to note that this item is secure for use in automobile seats. It is designed so that the padding is to the side of the child and NOT behind the child. This is stated on the packaging: "Secure for use in all automobile seats, Snuzzler is specially created with padding only on the sides of baby's head and physique, not in back of child, for proper harness fit." This meets the specifications of the National Highway Visitors Safety Administration which states "Never spot any added cushioning beneath or behind your child. This also prevents harness straps from being snug." The NHTSA also recommends making use of towels to support baby's head and neck, but the Snuzzler stays in location much better considering that of its style and, for that reason, in my opinion, would be safer to use than towels.
Also, the NHTSA recommends not placing jackets and heavy clothes on your baby in a carseat because this also prevents harness straps from fitting appropriately. The Snuzzler is designed with warm fabric on 1 side and a cooler feeling fabric on the other side to accomodate seasons, keeping infant warmer in colder temperatures and cooler in warmer temperatures, decreasing the need to have for bulky coats and clothing in the winter.

I was able to take my little one particular out in the running stroller at 7 weeks using the Snuzzler. I stuck to smooth bike paths till she was about 4 months, but her small head did not budge when she was laying on this point. In truth, I think she slept better in the running stroller w/ the Snuzzler than at property! The two sides are easy b/c you can just flip it more than depending on the kind of weather you are getting: fleece side to keep her warm and the other to preserve her cool when it's currently warm out. By 4 months, she did not need it in the automobile seat or swing anymore, but it nevertheless seems comfy for her in the operating stroller even now at five months.
