Customer Critiques
I ordered a couple of of these shower cap style covers to compare (JJ Cole, Initially Years, SOOTHEtime, Jumper Jolly). This First Years is practically identical to the JJ Cole cover but at a a lot far better cost. The outside layer of the cover seem like it may well snag if caught on one thing nonetheless, while the JJ Cole cover was quilted and felt greater (like, higher high quality).
It's thin but would be excellent for mild weather. It doesn't cover the whole face either. Living in Michigan, this is not thick adequate to brave our winters and I thought the flap could stay up but there is no velcro or something to preserve it in spot. I give this 4 stars however since it would be best for somebody who needs it for fall/spring or very mild winters.
I chose to maintain the Jumper Jolly. It can cover the whole baby though outside but the top rated flap has velcro to keep the "sneak a peek" window open. It is also much thicker and even more suitable for winter.
I have one particular of the Graco auto seats. The cover is particularly soft and does its job in keeping the child warm, but does not fit snuggly like the picture shows. The leading of the cover is continuously slipping down and gets on my babies head, which she does not like. I left the sun/wind shade attached to try and maintain it off her head. It is aggravating, but it does keep my infant warm. Perhaps this would be improved if you have a small one particular. My baby is eight months old and is just about to large for this kind of automobile seat.
