I've been applying this automobile seat with my now three year-old considering the fact that he was about 3 months old. Although the rear-facing vs. forward-facing directions are slightly extra involved, the added five minutes on installation made me feel 100% comfy with this product.
All of the "cons" come to be "pros" in my honest opinion -- for instance, it takes longer to initially install (correctly adjust for your car and so on) than some of the other auto seats. Yet, when you have customized the adjustment, this seat stays perfectly in spot.
Next - the adjustment for the latch technique is a little stiff. Even so, this also signifies that when it is adjusted, it really is not going to budge.
Unless you are changing autos just about every day, these are minor details. Also - these adjustments are very easy to do and hardly take any time when you have learned the mechanics of the seat. Loved this seat- so fashionable! I had bought the Eddie bauer travel program for our child and loved it! My son fast outgrew the infant seat- So I had searched for an eddie bauer seat that would last till he was out of them- This one is great- very easy to install- My son loves it, so comfy! painless to clean, quite adjustable to each childs requirements, head rest is adjustable, as properly as the straps, tether program is quick to adjust if needed to take away the seat. Love IT WOULD RECCOMMEND
